Financial Aid

Financial aid scholarship options

Thrive Online Academy is committed to making Christian education accessible to all families with K-12 students. We accept a variety of state scholarship programs and education savings accounts (ESAs) to help cover tuition costs. These programs allow families to use state-provided educational funds for our online academy. Our administrative team is happy to help families understand which programs may apply and guide you through the application and payment process. Funds range from $4,000 to $30,000 per year, depending on the state as well as if the child has an IEP.

Amounts available in each state/deadlines

Scholarship amounts and deadlines vary depending on the state and specific program. In general, families may receive funding to cover part or all of their child’s tuition for the school year. Each state sets its own eligibility requirements, award amounts, and application deadlines. Families should apply early and submit all required documentation to ensure funding is applied in a timely manner. Our team can provide guidance on what your state offers and help direct families on where to apply.

Missionary family discount

Our team is passionate about Christian education and also about supporting missionary families on the mission field! We provide a 10% discount for tuition to missionary families who enroll their child at Thrive Online Academy as a way to help support your continual work on the mission field. Our founder has worked on the mission field for many years and has a heart to serve missionary kids, so parents don’t need to worry about how their child will get a quality Christian education.
