Thrive Online Academy provides consistent progress monitoring to ensure every student stays on track academically. Teachers review assignments, check learning goals, and communicate with families throughout the school year so parents always understand how their child is progressing. Formal report cards are issued at the end of each grading period and give a clear picture of achievement, growth, and areas that may need additional support.
Policy’s and Refunds
Tuition, payment, and cancellation Policy
Tuition is billed quarterly, with payments due on August 31st, November 2nd, January 18th, and March 29th. Families who choose to pay the full annual tuition by August 31st will receive a 25% discount. An application fee of $150 and an enrollment fee of $500 is required and are non-refundable.
Late payments and refunds
Payments not received within 10 days of the due date will incur a $150 late fee. Families may cancel enrollment and request a refund according to the following schedule: cancellations within the first 14 days of the course receive a full refund, not including the application and enrollment fees. Families with K-2 students will be required to utilize a physical book curriculum that is sent to your home, so the cost of the books will be taken off of the tuition refund, because the curriculum can not be refunded. Kindergarten will cost $125, and 1st/2nd grade will be $480. Families can withdraw their child two weeks before each new quarter if not continuing, in order to avoid paying for the following quarter. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@thriveonlineacademy.org. Withdrawals processed after the 10-day period may receive a “W” (Withdrawn) notation on the student’s record.

Withdrawal schedule
Within 14 days of course start: Full refund of tuition, not including application and enrollment fees. No refund will be given if the student withdraws after the 14-day period, but withdrawal can be given for the following quarter according to the designated due dates. If a family chooses to withdraw their child, it must be done in writing two weeks prior to the end of each quarter as outlined below:

Unenrolling for Quarter 2 Due Date – October 19th
Unenrolling for Quarter 3 Due Date – January 4th
Unenrolling for Quarter 4 Due Date – March 15th

To support missionary families, we offer a 10% discount on any of our packages to make it a bit more affordable for their family and to appreciate them for investing in serving the Lord.
