new families

We want every new family to feel confident and prepared as they begin their journey with Thrive. Our orientation process provides multiple ways to get acquainted with our curriculum, teaching methods, and support systems.

Families will have access to a live orientation call, where a teacher will walk through key aspects of our programs, answer questions, and provide guidance on how to get started. In addition, we offer on-demand video tutorials that demonstrate how to navigate the curriculum, track progress, and maximize learning at home.

Through this combination of live and video resources, families can choose the method that works best for their schedule while gaining a clear understanding of expectations, tools, and resources to support their student’s success. Our admin team is ready to assist with any questions families have as they get started.
